A Fresh Delicious Experience
Saigon Nights – a pleasant, clean and airy BYOB restaurant – that places as much emphasis on making patrons feel welcome as they do on their food. Owners Nga & Tim Rastatter are often there greeting guests, explaining the menu or chatting with customers. If you haven’t tried Vietnamese cuisine before, this is the perfect place to start. Their goal is to provide authentic food derived from Nga’s family recipes and enhanced by culinary skill.
Appetizers include Goi Cuon, shrimp & pork spring rolls served with peanut sauce and Cha Gio, ground pork combined with carrots and onions wrapped in rice paper and deep fried. One of the hands-down favorites is the Pho Tai Bo Vien, rice noodles in a savory but light beef broth with rare beef, brisket and meatballs; the Pho Ga is the popular chicken version. There’s also a host of conventional noodle and rice dishes including Viet Pad Thai and Pho Lobster as well as a selection of fried rice including pork, chicken, beef, veggie and seafood.
We highly recommend the Ca Phe Sua Da, Vietnamese iced milk coffee, it’s a dessert in itself. Saigon Nights is a BYBO restaurant…so bring your favorite beverage, relax and enjoy!
