Owners Bruce and Laurie Stanton brought a variety of strengths, as well as lifetimes of experience in the hospitality industry, to the table when they conceptualized Stella. The eclectic cuisine – a combination of various culinary traditions curated from diverse dishes – was inspired by their travels through some of their favorite food cities, like Charleston and New Orleans.
