Chef Jean Paul born in Port Au Prince, Haiti and raised in the US, honed his culinary craft for over thirty years in restaurants from Chicago to NYC and has worked for many of these cities’ best chefs. Owning a restaurant has given him a unique opportunity to express his culinary finesse, masterfully fusing the flavors and cooking techniques of two cultures – Haiti and the American South thus creating the distinct flavors of Pineapple Eddie’s.
