BRAISED, BALANCED, BELOVED

Born & Braised is one of Erie’s newest culinary gems. Chef-driven and community minded, the restaurant blends the warmth of comfort food with the refinement of fine dining. Its name highlights the restaurant’s specialty: carefully crafted dishes, often centered around slow-braised meats and locally inspired ingredients, served in a way that feels both elevated and approachable.

The restaurant is designed to be relaxed yet polished – ideal for diners who want an upscale experience without the formality of traditional fine dining. Born & Braised currently operates as a BYOB, while awaiting its liquor license.

The menu is intentionally curated and changes with the seasons, ensuring freshness and variety. Signature offerings include braised lamb and steak dishes, alongside inventive small plates. Each plate is crafted with attention to detail, balancing rich flavors with artistic presentation…and very soon you can look forward to their innovative take on brunch!

Service at Born & Braised is attentive yet casual, reflecting the restaurant’s philosophy of genuine hospitality. Born & Braised is more than just a restaurant – it’s a sign of Erie’s evolving culinary landscape.
