PLATES WORTH SHARING

A. Francisco’s, on the corner of 12th & State, brings a fresh, modern take on Italian dining. The space is warm and welcoming, with an energy fit for the heart of a vibrant city.

Owner Antonio Milone invites guests to slow down, share plates, and let the ingredients shine. Alongside crave-worthy bites and signature pizzas, the menu highlights handmade pastas, a 52 oz Florentine steak for the table, and seasonal entrées that showcase the best flavors of the moment. The goal: to be both a neighborhood favorite and a destination for adventurous, quality-driven diners – where unfiltered Italian influence, natural wine, and bold hospitality meet in a space that feels vibrant and personal.

At the center of that mission are Beverage Director & Sommelier Zachery Zimmer and Head Pizzaiolo Collin Bonner. Zach curates seasonal cocktails and a natural-leaning wine list full of skin-contact gems, chillable reds, and food-friendly whites. Collin delivers crisp, airy pies from dough cold-fermented in-house daily, topped with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

With its stylish atmosphere, shareable dishes, and attention to detail, A. Francisco’s is a place for gathering, savoring, and connecting – one plate,
one glass, one conversation at a time.
