Owner Dave Zimmerman has transformed this historic lakeside eatery into a roadhouse BBQ restaurant…and you’re going to love it!

Overlooking Lake Erie in Barcelona, New York this innovative and creative concept has something for everyone. They specialize in West Texas Style BBQ – which means the meats are dry rubbed and smoked low and slow for at least 18 hours. They use their secret red rub and smoke with a Hickory, Cherry and Applewood blend to achieve the signature flavor. Staples include meaty ribs, tender brisket, smoked chicken, pulled pork, Sunday maple ham and kielbasa. Sides are as much a draw as the generously portioned entrées. Some award-winning fixins’ include Grandma Z’s Potato Salad, Bo-Dean’s Mac n’ Cheese, BBQ Beans and Sweet Tater Fries. Desserts are innovative…and highly recommended.
